Satin shoes can be dyed with Dylon dye.

Dylon dyes are used in the following manner: 1. Wash the fabric thoroughly and leave it damp. 2. Fill the container with the appropriate amount of hot water so that the entire fabric is immersed in the water. 3. Put on rubber gloves, dissolve the dye in approx. 500 ml. of boiling water, stirring thoroughly. 4. Add the previously dissolved dye to the container with the fabric, adding approx. 30 g. of salt, stirring thoroughly. 5. Spread the fabric in the water and cook, stirring, for approx. 20 minutes. 6. Rinse until the water runs clear.

Prepare a saucer with the prepared paint (a small amount of Dylon powder is mixed with water. 1 package of Dylon paint is enough to dye about 10 pairs of shoes. Prepare a cotton bud and dip it in the paint. Apply the paint to the satin evenly and quickly, not allowing the edges of the painting to dry. It is better to apply more paint the first time than to apply a second coat after the first has dried. Leave the shoes to dry.

Dylon is very versatile and can be used for a variety of fabric dyeing applications, such as art projects, creating ombre and tie-dye effects, as well as dyeing shoes and accessories (bags, backpacks). Always read the instructions on the dye package before dyeing to get the best results.

Wear protective gloves to avoid skin contact. Dylon paint can be difficult to remove once it has penetrated the skin.
