RETURN
The customer may return the goods* without giving a reason within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
The return-exchange form must be completed and sent together with the goods within 14 days to the address:

COMPLAINT
Customers may file a complaint regarding purchased goods* within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
A complaint form must be completed and sent along with the goods to the store's address within 14 days.
