Ostrich feather boas are long, soft feathers from ostriches, which are often used in fashion. They are characterized by exceptional lightness and fluffiness.

There are different thicknesses of Boa feathers. Wika offers:
- 2PLY feathers, which are double-twisted, i.e. they have two layers of ostrich feathers wrapped around marabou feathers,
- 6PLY feathers, which are fuller and fluffier than 2PLY feathers, because they are six-twisted.

Boa feathers are very popular among dance designers. They are considered a symbol of luxury and elegance, which makes dresses using them look very exclusive. Feathers have a natural lightness, which adds movement and dynamics to the dress. When dancing or moving, a dress with feathers looks very impressive.

They are sold individually.

Use:

Feathers are a natural, dyed product. Dry clean only.

They may discolour in contact with the body, under the influence of sweat or cosmetics (deodorants, bronzers, blockers, self-tanners).

Feathers are stored in cellophane bags. To achieve full fluffiness, they must be hung for approx. 10 days
